Founded in 1970, Agence de la Gare is right at the heart of the Côte d'Azur, between the Principality of Monaco and the golden triangle consisting of Villefranche-sur-Mer, Beaulieu-sur-Mer and Saint Jean Cap Ferrat. It quickly became known through its professionalism and has continued to expand in order to improve its service and especially its ability to satisfy its customers.
Since 2002, new staff have breathed fresh life into the agency, modernising it so that it is able to continue to give complete satisfaction to its customers in an ever more complex market.
Although at the outset, Agence de la Gare operated in the commune of Eze and more specifically in the district of Eze sur Mer, we now cover in addition the communes of Cap d’Ail, Beaulieu-sur-Mer, Villefranche-sur-Mer and Saint Jean Cap Ferrat. Furthermore, because of our many contacts, we are able to offer customers a large number of properties. |
Since January 2005, we have been members of the exclusive property group, the SIA (Service Inter Agence). It enables us to offer buyers and sellers an effective search service based on genuine inter-agency cooperation. This is because, to date, more than 280 estate agencies in France’s Alpes Maritimes have joined including about fifteen in the Cap d’Ail, Eze, Beaulieu-sur-Mer, Saint Jean Cap Ferrat and Villefranche-sur-Mer sector. It enables us to offer our customers a large, efficient network in terms of finding buyers. Lastly, the service gives us access to a large database on more than two thousand products available for sale throughout Alpes Maritimes.
